REGISTRATION INFORMATION

We encourage you to join EAHMH or update your membership before registering to the conference to benefit from the discounted rates for members. You may do so through the EAHMH membership page.

Registration fees include the Welcome reception, the Prize Award Ceremony and museum tour, a conference package, as well as access to all conference rooms and coffee breaks with fruits and snacks.

The dinner includes a vegetarian sitting buffet and will be held at the Norwegian Museum of Science and Technology. Drinks can be pre-bought through our registration system, but a fully licensed bar will also be available at the venue. We have tried to keep the prices as low as possible in the hope that many of you, and especially students and precariously employed participants, will join the dinner. Please sign up! It will be a great evening.

We are continuing the tradition of the EAHMH conferences with a boat trip – this time in the Oslo fjord after the end of the academic program on Friday 1, September. It will be relaxing a 2-hour trip with beautiful views of the fjord and the city of Oslo.

For the early-risers, we are also booking saunas by the waterfront in Oslo harbor. You can start the day with a sauna session followed by a refreshing dip in the fjord before heading to the conference! Sauna tickets are available at a discounted rate.

Hard copies of the book of abstracts can be pre-ordered at a price of NOK 240.
